Junior Ju-jutsu

Highly effective against an armed opponent, Ju-jutsu was developed in Japan as a method of close combat self-defence. This martial art uses an opponents force/energy against himself and utilises pins, joint-locks and throws. Derived forms include the Olympic sport of Judo.

Historically developed from karate, Muay Thai, and Western boxing, kickboxing is a method of self-defence that uses striking (kicking and punching). Kickboxing is practised for self-defence, general fitness, or as a contact sport.
